Buckhorn Bbq

Loaded fries, tri tip sando and crisy chucked were all very good. Good sauces. Was pretty crowded so our food took awhile to arrive.

This place is where you go when you're feelin' like, hum BBQ, upscale style, but you know you just don't want to fire up the grill yourself. Or perhaps you don't even have a grill to fire up. FYI they have some excellent salads, so much so you don't even think about the grill, either way. Yes, they also have sides and for the kiddos, burgers and sandwiches. Try them out, The Horn that is. Make sure its not lunch time or you just might hit that long line of others with a great idea.

I loveeee Buckhorn Grill, I am big person on my meats and this is one place you will like. The staff are friendly and their food is killer. I love the tri-tip burger with their dressing. I always order the hamburger with sweet potatoes, great stuff, especially if you're big on BBQ.

Tri-tip by the pound. Great price and tastes excellent. The rub they use is right on. Choices of bbq sauce has something for everyone. There are other choices on their menu. I prefer to get it to go. Eat there if you want and they have a bar if you stay.

Unreal! Got the family feast and it was so much food! Choice of 3 meats, 3 sides and the cornbread muffins. Everything tasted delicious!

Tri tip is very underwhelming and chewy. For a place that specializes in bbq there is really no excuse for putting out a low quality tri tip

We had lunch in Vacaville. Food was great but service was disappointed. I paid for our order including with tips. However service was not as great as Red Robbins. In this case, why was I expected to give tips?!

Food was excellent. Great variety. We love all the salads, meats, and sides. The staff is beyond efficient and seem happy to help make everyone's experience a pleasant one

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the worse experience, other times everything is perfect and on point. No in between.

Absolutely delicious!! Best tri tip sandwich I've ever had!! The mac and cheese is really good too. You have to get in a line to order and seating (if they're busy) can be hard to find. We found our seats first and then ordered. Friendly staff. Waiting in line to order can take a while but the food comes quickly afterwards. I did see people who did phone orders get served quicker so that might a good option for some. A lot of good options on the menu!! The cornbread was delicious.

This spot is awesome! Convenient pricing, considerable dishes and the employees are regularly very welcoming.

Staff was nice and there were plenty of people picking up and cleaning but the smell at the register was strong.

Good for a quick lunch. Little pricey but good. Sides are reasonable. Beer is good too!

Awesome place for delicious American comfort food! I ordered the Smokey Garlic Pulled Pork Sandwich and was thoroughly impressed. The dining room doesn't feel crowded at all, even when busy. Customer service was excellent, and the restaurant overall was clean and well-kept. Trying to find parking here is a real nightmare!

If u like meat, it's quick n tasty. Good portions too

Great food! Please stop the raging waste of outdoor furnace torches. Fuel waste is quite unnecessary.

Always great customer service, always smiling employees. Food is great and I recently had a situation where my chicken was overcooked, I order it often and it’s usually amazing. I went in the following day to order a steak sandwich and mentioned it to the manager, she took care of me right away. Love this place.

What a wonderful restaurant. Super food with excellent service. Both of my catered experiences, which Janet put together, were truly top notch. Served eleven family members including picky “teens” and everyone raved. I would highly recommend and look forward to eating at Buckhorn Vacaville again.

Always a pleasure to dine at the Buckhorn BBQ! The customer service is always on point, and the food is outstanding every time! Don't let the crowds put you off, they handle the volume very well. I definitely recommend that you give them a try.

Clean place, nice atmosphere, but food was mehh.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We tried the get a little of everything. The ribs were great and the bbq chicken was cooked perfectly. The slaw and sweet potato fries were also exceptional. Huge portions left us very satisfied and stuffed!

WARNING: Staff are not wearing any protection against Covid-19. None of them!!!! No protective screen for the cashiers. Hand sanitizer was hidden and I had to ask for it. Kind of a dangerous place to go. Proceed with extreme caution.Yeah the food tastes good but is it worth the risk. Mgt needs to get a clue and take care of staff and customers. How could it hurt to require staff to wear

I may be vegan, but I love their salad for lunch, the superb customer service, and especially the fruit nut mix salad (hold the blue cheese, add avacado, onion strings and try the sesame dressing)...

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Had the fried pickles and they were the best fried pickles I've ever had, very tasty. I also ordered the tri-tip and Caesar salad combo and that was plenty of food for two small eaters. Fast service. What I didn't like was not a lot of seating.

There are some fantastic dishes to be had at the Buckhorn Grill at a decent price. Seating can be challenging at peak times, a testament to their popularity.

Stopped off for dinner. I ordered the 2 meat platter and hubby ordered trip tip sandwich. Our food came out cold, but I gave because flavors tasted good. But they ended remaking our food and refunded our money. So dinner was on the house!! Thank you Buckhorn!

Such a fantastic spot for anytime of the day. I come here with my family all the time because it has something that everyone in my picky family would like. Prices are affordable and the staff is quick to serve you.

The food and Happy hour is great. The only thing I question is how can you Advertise a Kentucky Mule but put Tennessee Whiskey in it. Lol I’m from Kentucky and Jack Daniels would be no where near a drink that is suppose to have bourbon in it. Just put some Jean Beam or Evan Williams in it. There cheaper, just as good and you can make a heftier profit off it.

This is my favorite weekend spot, bartenders give excellent service. Always friendly . Food tasty and reasonably priced, lots of TVs for sporting events.

I loved their food. The BBQ chic. and famous beans and mac and cheese and corn bread muffins. Will keep going back. Highly recommended.

Great place for barbecued meats, and huge salads available as well. If you're an average person, this place is going to be a bit pricey (about $15/person). Great portion sizes, but some of the "family" meals seemed to be a little small portion-wise, especially if you're a big eater. All in all a great, very clean, place with professional staff and a great selection of cooked meats. I think they could step up their sides game though in terms of size and selection, which is why I gave 4/5. Great selection of BBQ sauces and would definitely recommend going at least once to check it out.

Awesome food, atmosphere and custom service. It can get crowded at times, but so worth the wait! When you are craving steak, its definitely the place to go!

Wasn't the best but the portion size is great. I had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese. The pulled pork sandwich needed sauce. I did taste the garlic on the sandwich but no bbq or smoke flavor at all. The mac and cheese was plain. Just noodles and cheese. I actually put their mustard bbq sauce on the Mac n cheese to give it flavor. My husband had the tri tip burger it was huge but he says they should slice the the meat thin or smaller pieces so you don't grab out the whole slice with the first bite. Overall they are better than Dickeys BBQ.

Tri to was excellent with smoky flavor. Side of granny apple Cole slaw was excellent.

Friendly and attentive associates. A warm atmosphere to eat with family and friends.There's tv to watch sports and clean tables to sat at. Savory and juicy hamburgers with a side of cesar salad is a favorite of mine.

Yummy food! It's a really cool, modern vibe inside. I appreciate the employees, they all do an amazing job. Overall, I came for the first time today and I will DEFINITELY come again. Next time I'm getting their sweet potato fries. Y'all need to try it just for the sauce alone. Go enjoy this place for yourself 💛

My wife and i were thoroughly impressed! At first it didn't look like much, like servings were small but when we started eating.....well we took home two containers!! Great flavor very very tasty we loved it
